Welcome, and thank you for using CivilOS™. We have kept these terms short and simple. By using the platform, you agree to them.
1. Please check our work before you build
CivilOS helps you draft, calculate and document faster — but it is a tool, not a licensed engineer. Plans, models, quantities, schedules and AI answers are drafts for your professional review. Anything affecting safety must be checked and signed off by a licensed professional before construction or approval. Please verify every number against your drawing and the applicable code.
2. Your work stays yours
Your drawings, models, photos and project data belong to you. We store them only to run the service for you and your team, and we never use them to train AI models.
3. Please use it fairly
Kindly do not copy, resell or rebrand CivilOS, attempt to extract its code, or overload our servers. Please share invite codes, task codes and share links only with people you intend to give access to.
4. Your account
Please keep your password private — you are responsible for activity under your account. Do tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.
5. What we can promise
We work hard to keep CivilOS available and accurate, with daily backups. Even so, it is provided "as is" — we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as we improve. Please keep your own copies of anything contractually important.
6. Cost
CivilOS is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you in advance and never charge you without your clear consent.
7. Responsibility
Because CivilOS is an assisting tool, we cannot accept liability for professional decisions made from its output, or for indirect losses. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000 or what you have paid us in the past year, whichever is higher.
8. Independence
CivilOS is built independently in Jaipur, India. We are not affiliated with Autodesk, Inc. — AutoCAD® and Revit® are their trademarks, mentioned only to describe file compatibility.
9. Law
These terms follow the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
